Final task :

Organize a TV debate informing viewers of the influence the media can have

Roles :

journalist (organizes the debate / asks questions / brings specific knowledge about the evolution of the media)

media user (shares his or her experience of the media)

doctor (describes the influence of the media on health... medical problems such as anorexia...)

specialist (sociologist or scientist who explains the mechanisms of influence on individuals and large populations)

Introduction to the debate :

Hello. Today we are going to talk about the importance of being critical when it comes to the media. With us are a sociologist. Let me introduce you to Mr. Richards. To talk about the dangers the media can represent on health, here is Dr. Lucky. A media user, Mr / Mrs Penny, is present here with us to share their experience . Let me first introduce you to a short history of the evolution of the media. This started with very basic and local systems and spread in time and space to modern day media.
